• Course, membership, and community setup
• Integrations and API workflows
• Monthly backend management
• Consulting and digital strategy services

Service details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice.

3. PAYMENT & BILLING

By purchasing our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all fees associated with your service
• Authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method

3.1 Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital work and custom builds, all payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

3.2 Late Payments

We reserve the right to pause work if payment is late or incomplete.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure project success, you agree to:

• Provide required access (GoHighLevel, Google, Stripe, etc.)
• Deliver content, assets, and instructions in a timely manner
• Respond to messages and requests within reasonable timeframes
• Follow proper communication channels

Delays caused by missing information or access may extend project timelines.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Our Property

All frameworks, strategies, templates, workflows, and proprietary methods created by HighLevel Automation Lab remain our intellectual property unless purchased with full rights.

5.2 Client Deliverables

Once final payment is made:

• You receive a license to use the systems we build for your business
• You may not resell, replicate, redistribute, or claim authorship of our proprietary methods

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information confidential, including:

• Business data
• Logins
• Client lists
• System structures
• Strategies and workflows

We will never share your information with third parties unless legally required.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HighLevel Automation Lab is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue
• Loss of data
• System downtime caused by third-party tools (GHL, Stripe, Zapier, etc.)
• Improper use or modification of systems outside our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for services within the past 30 days.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our work may integrate third-party tools such as:

• GoHighLevel
• Google Suite
• Stripe
• Zapier
• Meta Business
• Other automation platforms

We are not responsible for:

• Outages
• API limitations
• Pricing changes
• Policy changes
• Errors caused by these platforms

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payment is not completed
• Communication becomes unreasonable
• The client violates these Terms & Conditions
• Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior occurs

The client may also terminate ongoing monthly services by providing 15–30 days’ notice depending on the agreement.

10. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

While we build high-performing systems, we cannot guarantee:

• Sales
• Bookings
• Leads
• Conversions
• Revenue outcomes
• Business performance

Your results depend on your business operations, marketing, follow-up, offers, and external factors.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated version will replace all previous versions.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
